Terms of Service
1. Service Overview
Traveler's Hospital provides medical consultation booking services for international visitors in Japan. By completing a booking, you are reserving a consultation slot with a licensed physician.
2. Card Authorization
A ¥0 card authorization is required to secure your appointment. No charge is made at the time of booking. Payment is collected after your consultation based on the services provided.
3. Consultation Language
Consultations are conducted in English. If you require another language, an interpreter fee of ¥20,000 + tax may apply. Please select your language preference in the pre-consultation form.
4. Medical Information
The information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of your medical consultation. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable Japanese privacy laws.
5. Liability
Traveler's Hospital is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from failure to disclose accurate medical information. Diagnosis and treatment decisions are made solely by the attending physician.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo.
Cancellation Policy
✅ Free Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time at no charge.
⚠️ No-Show / Late Cancellation Fee
If you cancel within 30 minutes of your appointment, or do not show up, a fee of ¥11,000 will be charged to your registered card.
How to Cancel
Use the booking management link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule. You can also contact us via WhatsApp or phone.
Online Consultations
For online appointments, please ensure you have Google Meet installed and your connection tested before the session. Failure to connect at the scheduled time may be treated as a no-show.
